We are looking for a hard-working formulation chemist to join an established global cosmetics company in Sweden. You will support the haircare team in developing formulations with a strong focus on performance hair technology.
With your demonstrable experience in cosmetic formulation and new product development, you will successfully deliver projects from concept through to shelf in line with brand ambitions.
You will support the development of the Hair Care Technology Strategy and create and maintain a comprehensive library of Hair Care textures.
You have a great understanding of the haircare market and maintain a pulse on key emerging technology trends within the industry. You will identify gaps in the portfolio and work with the marketing team to deliver award-winning, pipeline technologies with breakthrough consumer-led innovations.
