Since the UK voted to leave the EU on 23 June, cosmetics manufacturers have been waiting on tenterhooks to see how regulations will change. Tadej Feregotto, CEO of CE.way Regulatory Consultants, gives his opinion

"The EU Cosmetics Regulation 1223/2009 has been in force since 11 July 2013 with the goal of strengthening the requirements for safer cosmetic products circulating within the EU.
