The brand is set to launch its new digital venture in April and the new website will ensure a wider reaching audience

Scandinavian skin care brand True North has debuted its new UK website.

Founded by Danish medical research specialist Jan Behrens, first launched at Danish retailers Magasin and Matas before signing a retail deal with Harvey Nichols in the UK.

Now with its own UK website the brand wants to reach a wider audience.

“We’re delighted with the partnership with Harvey Nichols, but this can be limiting in terms of reach. So we’re bringing in the website as a way to enlarge this,” said industry expert and brand spokesperson Didier Picard.

“For us what we’re doing with the website is building a community,” he added.

The UK website will feature the full 12-sku product range for face and body (from £10).

And the brand has set its sights on other digital ventures too, as it prepares to launch its app My Skin Coach in April.

The app will measure user’s skin health, predict future changes in skin and give recommendations on the appropriate skin care routine.

Customers can sign up to be one of the first to get the app via the brand’s website available to download on the App Store and Google Play.
