Sales Support Administrator - London (Hybrid) - Up to 35K

Lavandi Talent is currently working with a fantastic Beauty and Personal Care business who are looking for a skilled and experienced Sales Support Administrator to join their team

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for analysing and evaluating all incoming orders against information, guaranteeing orders are in line with agreed terms and customers’ requirements
  • Handling orders with high volumes.
  • Ownership of allocated sales orders.
  • Handling internal and external requests relating to customers' orders
  • Creating all necessary documentation related to the customer requirements/orders ie. new line forms, etc.
  • Working closely with the Sales Team and all other internal departments.
  • Communicate and work with the warehouse and 3rd Party logistics companies
  • Running reports as necessary
  • Responsible for obtaining ways to streamline the department functions.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Previous experience in Sales Support or a similar role, within Beauty, Personal Care, FMCG or aligned sector.
  • Strong understanding of end to end supply chain.
  • Highly organised, with the ability to multi-task within a timescale and work efficiently under pressure.
  • Strong communication skills with a high standard of verbal and written English
  • Problem-solving and decision-making ability.
  • Strong skills working with Microsoft programmes such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint
