Revlon Pro hair care brand asks women: “What do you have a lot of?”

Hair care brand Lottabody has launched an online campaign to help empower women of colour. Using the hashtag #alotta the brand is asking young women to share their stories.

In an online clip, a diverse group of women, including an aerospace engineer and entrepreneur. All of them are asked: “What do you have a lot of? And, why?”. Their responses are shown in the form of a confessional video.

Those sharing their story include Racia Poston, 2nd Lieutenant in the US Army Reserve and Advocate of Human and Civil Rights, Tiffany Davis an Aerospace Engineer, Emanii Davis, Miss Georgia USA and Candi Daniels, CEO at the Positive News Company.

Jolorie Williams, Vice President of Multicultural Marketing at Revlon Pro, explained: “We all know that when you look good, you feel good. And when you feel goof, you are empowered to do more.”

Williams added: “Lottabody products take care of that first part, so what we’ve been really interested in discovering through our conversations, with women online and off, is what are the things that make you unique and who or what inspires you to spring into action and conquer your world?”

Consumers are encouraged to join in by uploading photos to lottabody.com/alotta and share it on social media.

Those sharing pictures will be offered a chance to win a full-sized pack of Lottabody products.
