Regulatory and Technical Manager - London/WFH - Up to £55,000

Working for this highly successful Indie brand group you’ll be responsible for leading and implementing their Regulatory strategy across all brands and products.

Providing day to day regulatory guidance on compliance, claims and testing both for the UK and Global markets; China and Asia being critical geographies where proven knowledge is essential.

Advising the Head of NPD of any new legislation & regulatory updates
Researching any upcoming Regulatory changes, creating the necessary proposals
Leading on product registrations in new territories; liaising with internal sales teams to overcome legislative roadblocks liaising with retailers & distributors to resolve issues in existing markets
Identifying and managing export requirements, liaising with Supply Chain to ensure compliance
Assisting NPD with new product launches from a technical perspective & claims substantiation

This is a small and busy function and you will be supported by a Coordinator although previous management experience is not essential if you are ready to take this step.
