You will be joining a well-established brand owner whole brand portfolio includes fragrance, bath and body, skin care both masstige and high end, already distributing globally with ambitious plans for future growth.
Taking ownership of everything regulatory, you will work with internal NPD and external manufacturing partners to ensure compliance to each region. Managing and resolving quality issues, registering ingredients and ensuring labelling and importantly that claims are compliant to each geographical region.
It will be essential that you are a beauty industry person to fully understand the complexities of the product categories, and formulations and have the approach and attitude to keeping on top of legislation changes and as you enter new regions, be able to investigate and apply the necessary changes to ensure successful launches.
A relevant science-based degree is essential (cosmetic science, chemistry, chemical engineering etc). We can offer you a superb environment, team and business with a future career to carve out and make your own. Hybrid working (2 days at home per week) will be available.
