An amazing opportunity with a certified B-Corporation, you will join a disruptive beauty brand with a strong sense of social and ethical responsibility driving their work. With your sharp eye for detail, you will ensure that all the products they create are fully compliant with the relevant global markets and support the related technical and regulatory processes.
In this leadership role, you will provide technical and regulatory strategic direction. You will take on responsibility for all aspects of regulation and compliance, managing the related pipelines and reporting your progress to the Head of Product.
Playing a part in all stages of the product lifecycle, you will lend your expertise to product and commercial teams, take charge of product trials and ensure processes meet the right requirements. You will draw on your excellent communication skills to manage and develop the China-based technical and regulatory administration team.
You will have a strong desire to succeed and will draw upon your impressive communication, project management and data analysis skills to do so in this role. Ideally, you will have experience in creating and implementing QA processes and have developed the ability to put out fires as they arise. With a curious mindset, you will have a thorough knowledge of technical regulations in the beauty industry that you are continually building upon.
