Merger forms new Hudson BLVD Group

DreamDry and Spruce & Bond have announced that they are merging. Renowned stylist and editor Rachel Zoe founded the DreamDry salon in 2012 and will now act as Creative Director of the new company, called Hudson BLVD Group. The company plans to acquire and develop a portfolio of speciality beauty retail services, offering its consumers exclusive perks.

A rewards programme for the group’s clients is due to launch later this year. The group has already announced the acquisition of New York make-up service brand PUCKER, which offers personalised make-up services.

Zoe said: "When launching DreamDry, our goal was to create a luxury salon experience by offering clients truly unprecedented and tailored beauty services at accessible price points. I'm beyond excited to team up with Hudson BLVD Group as its Creative Director and continue to help guide the creative vision of DreamDry as well as Spruce and Bond, Pucker and the growing number of brands joining the HBG family."
