A very exciting opportunity and rare opportunity has come about within the organisations globally leading R&D facility for a colour formulation technology leader to join one of the company’s largest categories; Colour Cosmetics.
As R&D Technology Principal Leader for colour you will report directly into the R&D Director for colour cosmetics and will be responsible for leading a team of 2 senior chemists to deliver excellence in formulation technology development for the category. You will have responsibility to input into the companies technology colour strategy and will lead innovation and newness across the categories core areas; foundations, lips and mascaras.
The successful candidate will have significant experience within colour cosmetic formulation, specifically within the core areas. Must be educated to degree level in chemistry or other relevant discipline and must have a proven track record of success in a fast paced environment. Extensive knowledge in technology, innovation and scientific communication is essential, alongside the ability to lead scientific teams of different back grounds.
