Are you passionate about all things technical and happy to share your experience in manufacturing?

We are looking for an energetic and proactive R&D Manager to work within our formulation and NPD team. With your technical expertise you will lead, motivate and coach your team on raw material research and selection, and formulation innovations, within bath, body and hair care.

You will use your wealth of knowledge and creative edge to be a part of this driving force behind some of the biggest brands in the world today.

With experience in a broad range of products, from personal care to household or fragrance, you are a highly motivated, hands-on R&D or Technical Manager, with a strong manufacturing background, who understands all the issues of concept to shelf production and can add real value across the business.

This will be primarily a lab based role, you will liaise with internal and external partners to develop new innovative technology which meets the requirements of the company objectives for surfactants and personal wash products.

Using your extensive knowledge to guide Global and Regional Brand teams on Technical aspects of the pipeline.

You must have a degree in a science related discipline, ideally chemistry or cosmetic science along with experience of working in a FMCG R&D Laboratory.
