You must have a degree in Cosmetic Science, Chemistry, Biology or Biomedical Science plus an internship or 2 years formulation experience in a chemical or manufacturing laboratory.
Working closely with the Technical Manager, sales and marketing teams using a variety of innovative ingredients you will produce on trend samples, create engaging presentations, technical articles, and videos to excite both internal teams and external customers.
You will work closely with the customers answering technical questions, problem solving their formulation challenges, develop bespoke formulations and prepare new product formulations, ensuring compliance with both regulatory and customer requirements.
