This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-growing luxurious fragrance company to use your proven experience working in product development for fragrance, lifestyle, fashion or beauty. In this diverse and desirable role, you will be responsible for product creation, formulation & fragrance work, component & formulation purchase as well as cost & timeline management.
Using your flawless project management skills, you will manage NPD from concept to launch, developing critical path timelines and ensuring successful completion to meet tight deadlines. You will strive to create the most stunning products, sourcing and negotiating the best ingredients.
You are a natural at developing strong relationships with licensors, design agencies & suppliers for on-going new product development, monitoring and reporting on activities internally.
You are passionate about luxury lifestyle, fragrance and culture and have your finger on the pulse of the latest market trends.
