As Ideation and Makeup Artistry Manager you will apply your proven creative NPD expertise together with background in Makeup Artistry to inform and help shape future product development. Pulling from strategic insights and data you will work closely with the talented NPD team feeding into their creative vision and inspiration for the brand; line extensions, range gaps, new ingredients so keep them at the very top of the game.
Providing education as well as developing supporting materials for the brigade of field-based retail makeup artists on new concepts and products, ensuring best use and maximising of product and therefore sales opportunities. You will also be involved in photo shoots and working with global professional artists. At times demonstrating application and benefits of cutting-edge products.
Part based in the NPD function at their funky London HQ and partly working from home, you’ll also need to be flexible on some UK & global travel although this will be planned and not ad hoc. So, we are looking for a special person with special skills, a unicorn of sorts!
It is essential that you have a deep understanding of Makeup Artistry as well as having been involved in NPD activity, perhaps not CPM but certainly creative ideation.
