Along with the brand’s integral appetite for newness there is importantly an exciting and challenging complete re-packaging project which will need driving forward along with a big push around sustainability, not just on packaging but also innovative ingredients. A strong background in innovative, cutting edge SKIN CARE is clearly essential and if you have already managing a re-pack then all the better. An Omni-channel brand, products can relate to specific sales channels and gifting is also a big part of their offering.
In terms of personal attributes, you’ll be the kind of person who leads from the front, an inspirational functional leader able to bring strategic blue-sky thinking along with understanding the practical application of their 5-year plan both across internal resources and external manufacturing, sourcing and formulation partners. Essentially a high-quality Director, able to step into big shoes and hit the ground running!
