New cosmetic ingredients distributor created to avoid overlap

As a result of the acquisition of Chesham Speciality Ingredients by Azelis, part of the existing Chesham business has been spun off into a new company, ProTec Ingredia, in order to avoid product and supplier overlap. The new company’s portfolio consists of ADM, Codif, Cosmetochem, CPN, Contipro, Induchem AG, Mibelle Biochemisty and Micro Powders Inc. Most recently, ProTec Ingredia secured a partnership with NK Chemicals Pte Ltd to promote and distribute its lanolin products to customers in the UK and Ireland.

ProTec Ingredia, headed by Alan Eastwood, is based in the UK and has offices in Poland and Germany. For more information visit www.protecingredia.com.
