A very exciting opportunity and rare opportunity has come about within the organisations globally leading R&D facility for a Principal Technology Formulation Chemist to join one of the company’s largest categories; Skin.
As Principal Technology Formulation Chemist you will report directly into the Principal Technology Project Leader in Formulation and will be responsible for leading chemists under your supervision to deliver excellence in formulation technology development for the category. You will have responsibility to input into the companies technology Skincare strategy and will lead innovation and newness across the categories core areas.
The successful candidate will have significant experience within Skincare formulation. Must be educated to degree level in chemistry or other relevant discipline and must have a proven track record of success in a fast paced environment. Extensive knowledge in technology, innovation and scientific communication is essential, alongside the ability to supervise junior chemists and support the project leader.
