Princeton Consumer Research Inc (PCR) have appointed Charles M. Folk as President a move which marks another major milestone in the growth of this rapidly expanding business.

Throughout his career, Folk has developed strong customer relationships, built talented teams and found innovative ways to grow businesses. He holds a BA in Biology from the Thomas More College and an MBA in Management from Xavier University.

One of the industry’s most respected professionals, Folk has been involved in the world of clinical research for over 40 years. His career started with Hill Top Research where he held a number of key positions over the years, ending up as Vice President and General Manager in 2007 until he was recruited in 2011 by Radiant Research to develop business contacts for their new consumer unit, working on Strategic Development for the company. Folk has been charged with the task of growing the North American Operations from two sites to four over the next three years and also expanding the current two European sites to four.

It gives me great pleasure to announce that PCR has a new President, someone who can lead the company to new heights in the industry and build on the already strong foundations the Company is known for. Effective immediately, PCR’s new company President is Charley M Folk (Tony Barlow CEO).

Joining his executive Management team is long time colleague Tati Bates who joined the company several months ago as Vice President, Consumer Product Testing. Bates also had a double figure tenure at Hill Top Research and is based from St Petersburg Florida.

PCR are industry experts in claims substantiation studies and pride themselves on their ability to provide the relevant study designs and procedures necessary to substantiate each specific claim in-keeping with the most current regulations. They continue to conduct clinical studies for leading retailers and supermarkets, the high-end luxury skin care industry, independent start-up brands and the major cosmetic manufacturers around the world. Whatever your testing needs, Princeton Consumer Research can help a company from the initial concept of product development to seeing tangible goods on the shelves by delivering up-to-date, efficient and approved processes for them throughout the business relationship.
