Luxury fragrance brand Penhaligon’s has opened a new store at Liverpool One shopping centre.
The new 500sqft retail space will showcase the brand’s fragrance collection, as well as its bath, body and candle lines.
Inside, the space emulates an English manor house with painted timber panelling, oak flooring and a sommelier bar for customer consultations.
The premium brand’s in-house creative team was responsible for the store’s design.
“We give great consideration to the locations of our stores to ensure they align with Penhaligon’s bespoke, luxury values and Liverpool One is the perfect footing for our step into the north west region,” said CEO Lance Patterson.
“We look forward to becoming better acquainted with customers to the destination and building our brand appeal at Liverpool One.”
Neighbouring Penhaligon’s, L’Oréal-owned premium beauty brand Kiehl’s has reopened its retail destination with a new apothecary-style space.
Alison Clegg, Director of Asset Management at Grosvenor Europe, which manages Liverpool One, said the new openings are helping to boost the centre’s luxury line-up.
“Both Penhaligon’s and Kiehl’s place great focus on the in-store visitor experience, complementing the high standards of our extensive retail mix at Liverpool One.”
Jo Malone London, L’Occitane, Molton Brown and The Body Shop also have retail destinations at the shopping centre.
