Swedish direct seller says it is seeking the reason behind the visits in Russia
Oriflame, a Swedish direct seller of fragrance, cosmetics and personal care products, released a regulatory announcement on 22 April concerning two of its Russian sites.
The company revealed its Moscow and Moscow Oblast premises had received a surprise visit by local authorities. Oriflame said the company has and is currently seeking the reason behind the “unannounced visits”. It confirmed it has always been and remains fully transparent and willing to cooperate with the authorities.
Oriflame said it would provide a further update when more relevant information is available.
