OPI's nail bar stretched to 155ft
OPI, the nail care brand, has set a new Guiness World Record for The World’s Longest Manicure Bar.
Held in Santa Monica on 21 October, the brand erected a 155ft-long manicure bar along 3rd Street Promenade shopping area.
More than 50 nail technicians completed over 500 gel manicures from 9am to 5pm using OPI’s GelColor and its newly launched ProHealth Top and Base Coat.
OPI Co-Founder and Brand Ambassador, Suzi Weiss-Fischmann, said it was a “very exciting” moment for the brand.
“To see so many nail technicians and so many OPI fans come together to do something as grand and fun as setting a world record was a real treat!”
The event, which also featured music, a selfie station and lounge, was attended by actress Peyton List and OPI’s newest global nail ambassador Tom Bachik.
