Naolys, the French specialist of active plant cells dedicated to the cosmetic industry presented a new concept of plant cells.
Designed from two vine varieties (vitis vinifera) Merlot and Cabernet sauvignon, the new product named 'Healthy Perfection' (Vitis flower)2 is made of an association of vine (or Grape) plant cells that repairs skin and strengthens its natural defences to enhance skin tone.
The results of the clinical study showed a general reduction in imperfections on the face after 28 days of treatment (2 applications per day).
Indeed, 79% of women in the panel declared that their skin seemed more radiant and that their imperfections were less visible, as a decrease in imperfections of 31% and a decrease in brown marks of 27% have been determined.
As a result, an increase in the homogeneity of skin of 30% and a rebalance of the skin’s pH have been measured.
Those declarations and measures confirm the in vitro tests results. Actually the tests demonstrated a complete healing process thanks to a decrease in the release of inflammation mediators, an increase in cell respiration, in microcirculation, and in the synthesis of collagens and proteoglycans.
Moreover they justified a strengthening of the physical and chemical skin defences through a hydration increase, an increase in anti-microbial peptides (beta defensine 2 and LL-37) and an increase in two antioxidant enzymes (SOD and catalase).
All tests were performed with a concentration of 0.5% of 20% cells in 80% glycerin.
Healthy Perfection (Vitis flower)2 is not allergenic, preservative free, and can be used in any type of skincare (body and face) and colour cosmetics.
