Naturex’s Avignon plant receives OHSAS 18001 certification

A milestone in quality, safety and environmental protection, says group


Natural speciality ingredients supplier Naturex has received the OHSAS (Occupational Health and Safety Assessment Series) 18001 certification for its plant in Avignon. The label aims at acknowledging the involvement of those in the company responsible for preventing risks and is cited as being a milestone in Naturex’s policy of quality, safety and environmental protection.

“We are proud to gain this certification,” said Frédéric Seguin, industrial director at Naturex. “It is a new step in our global approach to continuous improvement. It rewards the involvement of our teams and the investments that have been made to optimise our risk analysis systems.”

Naturex has a total of 16 production units including several in Europe and the US, and units in Brazil, Australia, Morocco and India.
