The Role
- Manage and Grow key customers to deliver financial Targets and contribute to the delivery of the overall targets
- Visiting partners regularly to review progress, provide strategic guidance for future growth and ensure brand guidelines are maintained
- Sales and data analysis, preparing seasonal forecasts, summaries and targets
- Strive to meet and exceed targets in a professional manner
- Naturally building a rapport with customers to identity and anticipate needs in order to further develop sales
- High standard of organised prospecting to ensure continued area growth
- Manage Customer Relationships - Responsible for client relationships to ensure we exceed customer expectations; you will be a key driver in shaping & implementing our customer strategy
- Commercially astute with the ability to develop plans and deliver them
The Ideal Candidate
- Previous experience within Account Manager – Ideally within Beauty, Personal Care & FMCG looking after Boots or Amazon
- Has commercial intuition with outstanding analytical skills
- Ability to negotiate and build strong relationships
- Understanding of Microsoft Office - Excel and PowerPoint, Microsoft Excel.
- Enthusiastic and positive work ethic
- Ability to find possible issues and provide practical solutions before problems arise
- Impeccable written and verbal communication skills
