National Account Manager - Midlands (Hybrid) - Up to 60K (plus Car Allowance and Bonus)

Lavandi Talent are currently looking for a Skilled and Experienced National Account Manager to work for a fantastic Beauty Business

The Role

• Manage and Grow key customers to deliver financial Targets and contribute to the delivery of the overall targets
• Visiting partners regularly to review progress, provide strategic guidance for future growth and ensure brand guidelines are maintained
• Sales and data analysis, preparing seasonal forecasts, summaries and targets
• Strive to meet and exceed targets in a professional manner
• Naturally building a rapport with customers to identity and anticipate needs in order to further develop sales
• High standard of organised prospecting to ensure continued area growth
• Manage Customer Relationships - Responsible for client relationships to ensure we exceed customer expectations; you will be a key driver in shaping & implementing our customer strategy
• Commercially astute with the ability to develop plans and deliver them

The Ideal Candidate

• Previous experience within Account Manager – Ideally within Beauty, Personal Care & FMCG looking after Boots or Amazon
• Has commercial intuition with outstanding analytical skills
• Ability to negotiate and build strong relationships
• Understanding of Microsoft Office - Excel and PowerPoint, Microsoft Excel.
• Enthusiastic and positive work ethic
• Ability to find possible issues and provide practical solutions before problems arise
• Impeccable written and verbal communication skills
