Are you experienced in colour cosmetics NPD and passionate about the Make Up Industry?
Do you have a strong awareness of new technologies, market trends and developments?
This exciting opportunity is for a highly motivated individual with solid NPD experience and a side of make-up artistry to join a company renowned for innovation and cutting-edge design. This global business offers complete product solutions, supplying colour cosmetics, fragrances, toiletries and skin care products.
You will use your working knowledge of cosmetic ingredients, raw material suppliers and formulation techniques to check products and specifications to ensure quality standards are met. You will work closely with external suppliers to develop and propose new products to customers in Europe and the Far East.
Using your excellent project management skills, you will manage and monitor the product development process from concept to launch, liaising with internal teams and providing status reports.
Attention to detail and a can-do attitude are essential, along with exceptional written and oral communication skills in English. French, Italian or Spanish would be an advantage.
