Working with a senior you’ll take full ownership of your own projects. Proven product development within either hair care or bod ycare is essential as you’ll need to hit the desk running and thrive at working at speed without compromising on quality.
- Managing from concept through to launch including NPD pipeline building and execution and ongoing category and product lifecycle management
- Ideation and developing new product concepts, formulars and packaging that are globally compliant and commercially viable within launch timeframes
- Working closely with internal and external key stakeholders (suppliers, Ops team, studio, regulatory partner and NPD Director), for alignment of concept direction, approvals and compliance
- Managing critical paths ensuring all actions are achieved to hit launch windows
- Following and building on processes to support effective execution; product specifications, sample trackers, user trials.
Skills we require are: exceptional project management skills, highly organised, effective prioritisation and structured approach. The ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions and recommendations.
