Brand appoints travel retail PR company Essential Communications in a bid to raise its profile internationally and expand its travel retail presence

Molton Brown has set a goal of entering the top 20 key international airports by 2020.

The Kao-owned brand has experienced double digit growth in the first two quarters of 2016 in its travel retail figures – and now has its sights set on Singapore, New York JFK, Dubai and Paris CDG airports, among others.

Tim Pluess, Associate Director, Export Sales at Molton Brown, said: “This may be a very optimistic objective, but it is one that I feel is achievable.

"Molton Brown brings a unique offering to airports; not only do we have a broad range of luxury products, we also bring an interesting story and credibility behind our brand.”

To build its profile in global travel retail, Molton Brown has appointed specialist travel retail PR company Essential Communications (EC).
