Being part of a small, hands on team, you will work closely with the founder and have the support of a very effective team whilst gaining a key understanding of where they are and what is to be done during a handover period.
It will be essential that you have experience of luxury fragrance and/or colour cosmetics brands in the global market and have worked with and managed tough license partners, having the gravitas to steer, guide and influence to allow the marketing activity and direction to happen.
