Working closely with both Founder and CEO, your role will be pivotal in developing brand strategies and driving 360 global marketing campaigns across all markets and marketing operations; Brand, Digital, Social, Retail, PR and Creative. Supporting product launches, you will guide the brand through relaunch and distribution expansion.
Drawing on consumer insights to help shape DTC strategy. Ensuring ROI is always a high priority. As with all semi-start up situations there will be a need for agility, flexing between a strategic and hands-on approach constantly in these early days.
Background - a proven record of operating at Head of Marketing/Director level within a luxury Beauty brand (ideally Skincare); strong understanding of NPD and a proven track record of growing brands across global markets, new territories; an entrepreneurial spirit as well as Technologically savvy! Degree level/equivalent education in a Marketing related subject.
Less tangible attributes are to be a creative, lateral thinker, results driven, highly customer-centric with the ability to lead and inspire a team. Oh, and did I say with the appetite to flourish in an entrepreneurial business where every day presents new challenges.
