Pastillator: An industrial machine that performs the granulation of raw material into pastilles.
Visitors to our stand at in-cosmetics last month will have seen our working Lego pastillator model created by our Electrical Mechanical Engineering Apprentice Neal Wareing. It took Neal over 50 hours, several attempts and rebuilds in various different configurations to complete, but we think it was worth it. Kerax are proud to say that Neal has been nominated for best Electrical engineering apprentice of the year, the awards evening/results will be mid July, we wish him the best of luck.
The Pastillators at our Chorley manufacturing site can produce pastels of different shapes and sizes to suit customer specifications. The manufactured pastels are regularly tested by our laboratory to ensure the product is to the highest standard.
