L\'Occitane adds two new fragrances to Grasse collection

French beauty brand L'Occitane has added two new fragrances to its La Collection De Grasse collection: Ambre & Santal and Fleur D'Or & Acacia.

Ambre & Santal, created by L'Occitane in-house perfumer Karine Dubreuil, features a blend of balsamic resins from the mediterranean basin layered over sandalwood essential oil from New Caledonia. The structure of the scent opens with top notes of bergamot and rosemary, which give way to a heart of fig leaves and rose, before ending on a base of amber, sandalwood and cedar.

Meanwhile, Fleur D'Or & Acacia, also created by Dubreuil, makes up part of the brand's festive offering and comes packaged in a festive gold sleeve. The scent is built around mimosa absolute from Grasse and Mediterranean acacia, while musk and white wood feature at the base.

Both new scents, which cost £49 for 75ml edt, are being launched in October and can be bought with Shower Gel (£11) and Body Milk (£16) ancillary products. The Fleur D'Or & Acacia range also includes Luminous Oil (£22), Perfumed Soap (£3.50), Hand Cream (£8) and a Scented Candle (£22).
