L’Oréal Paris' Instagram posts in support of Black Lives Matter have been slammed as a PR stunt to "capitalise from a marginalised movement" by former brand ambassador Munroe Bergdorf.

The model was hired by L’Oréal in 2017 as 'the face of modern diversity' for its True Match foundation campaign, but was sacked shortly after Bergdorf released a controversial Facebook post in response to the violent far-right protests in Charlottesville, US.
