Kylie Jenner has called out a fake website masquerading as her own.
The 20-year-old reality star, model and entrepreneur took to social media site Twitter to alert her fans of the bogus link, which appeared as a Google ad.
The fake site appears to stock a wide selection of Kylie Cosmetics products including its famous Lip Kits as well as its Vacation and Birthday collections.
Jenner tweeted: “Hey guys when you search my makeup on google. A FAKE website put an add up to try and trick u guys.”
Jenner accompanied her tweet with a screenshot of the fake site, which uses a slightly different domain name – kyliecosmetic.org – to the real one.
The fake website uses the same imagery and a very similar page design to the original, in an attempt to lure in unsuspecting consumers.
She shortly followed up with: “Just remember my site is http://KylieCosmetics.com”.
