You will work closely with the European Sales Director to execute the sales and distribution strategy and achieve the goal of European expansion. Taking ownership for growing the brand’s market share, you will work to drive the brand into category leaders across your active markets. Aiming not just to meet but exceed targets, you will adjust and optimise the strategy according to local market context and work to scale the European distribution network in a profitable way.
This role needs a natural salesperson that can jump in at all stages, from finding new opportunities to negotiating and closing deals. Ideally you will have multiple years of experience with top-tier consumer brands and a proven track record of improving brand visibility and growing sales with key European retailers.
Interest or experience in Personal Care/Beauty is a huge plus. Excellent communication and project management skills are essential!
