Key Account / Business Development Manager – South West England – Salary DOE plus benefits

This exciting opportunity is a varied role involving full management of multiple commercial accounts, building and creating existing relationships, being proactive in NPD opportunities with customers, managing sales, orders and managing multiple projects/departments.

The ideal candidate will have;

  • 3 years minimal experience as an account / business manager
  • Experience ideally in nutritional supplements OR in Pharmaceuticals
  • Managed multiple accounts developing sales growth
  • A strong track record of building strong long-lasting relationships - opening and closing deals / projects
  • Strong experience in contract manufacturing working across internal departments and managing all critical paths
  • A degree with a science bias
  • A strong technical background.

  • Proactive in Sales, being confident in ‘cold calling’ to generate new business opportunities and create new relationships when needed
  • Able to work individually as well and working closely with internal departments.
