Kate Spade signs licensing deal with Interparfums

To date, the brand has released nearly 20 fragrances to the market

Fashion brand Kate Spade has signed an 11 year fragrance license agreement with Interparfums.

Under the agreement, Interparfums will be responsible for creating, producing and distributing new perfumes and fragrance-related products.

Today, the brand has released nearly 20 fragrances since 2003.

“Fragrance is an aspirational category and the perfect way for our customers to discover the joy and femininity our brand is known for.

“We are very excited to have a world class partner in Interparfums to take our global business to the next level,” said Anna Bakst, Kate Spade’s CEO.

“We are very excited to have a world class partner in Interparfums.”

Philippe Benacin, Interparfums' CEO, added: “We are extremely pleased to announce this new partnership.

“With strong positions in the United States and South American, as well as a presence in Asia, we are convinced in its potential as an international brand.”

Products are set to hit the market in autumn 2020.
