KODA Distribution Group (KDG) has announced its acquisition of The DeWolf Companies, which include DeWolf Chemical, Inc., Glenn Corporation and Tempo Canada ULC. The DeWolf Companies now form the operating entities within the newly created KODA Care business unit and will continue to operate in the same capacity as before the acquisition.
