My client, a luxury goods brand is hiring and there is no better time to join them as they continue to expand and grow their London based team.
- Scope of the role includes;
- Acting as the primary contact for sales colleagues for orders
- Managing & processing sales orders from receipt through to dispatch to customer
- Issuing tailored customer documentation dependant on their agreement
- Management of Customs paperwork
- Liaison with Production in terms of delivery dates
- Creating and maintaining the customer database (specs, regs, special requirements and terms)
- Supporting the Head of Supply Chain with ad hoc tasks to ensure the strategic plan is met
If you have already worked in the Luxury goods sector that would be ideal but a genuine appreciation for luxury will also be considered.
