Are you self-motivated, enthusiastic, and ready to build new business across the globe?
Are you able to jump on a plane at a moment’s notice (when we’re able to…) to get the job done.
You have proven success in opening, developing, and managing international omnichannel sales in the Beauty, Cosmetics, Skincare or Wellness sector.
A lover of all things beauty and skincare you will combine your passion for high-performance skincare with your talent for building strong partnerships and maximising business growth opportunities.
You will be analysing global markets and trends to identify new sales opportunities, whilst also managing a wide portfolio of current business delivering budgeted sales and margin.
Working with distributors, direct retail partners and sales agents you will organise joint business plans, sales targets and prepare and negotiate contracts and exclusivity agreements.
Using your excellent interpersonal skills, you will thrive presenting to large or small groups of new and existing customers and closing deals.
This is a London based opportunity with the flexibility to remote work some of the time.
You will also have the chance to travel internationally in order to assess and support new, existing, and potential accounts performance.
