The trend for DIY beauty has been growing for the past few years, as consumers look to make a saving on salon treatments and take their beauty regimes into their own hands.

New research from Braun shows that today 66% of UK women are now actively avoiding salon treatments in favour of DIY beauty carried out in the comfort of their own homes.
