Lavandi Talent is currently working with a fantastic Beauty & Personal Care business who are looking for a Head of International Sales to join their team. The correct candidate will have experience working within the US market, and will report to the International Sales Director.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Evaluate current sales metrics, productivity & performance, reviewing each sales team member’s pipeline and forecast to gain understanding of the business needs going forward.
- Seek out new business opportunities in both new and existing markets, contacting customers frequently and ensuring your team does the same.
- Develop a deep knowledge of your markets, consumer, cultures & trends, working with the Marketing team to develop support plans and constantly adapt to the ever-changing culture of the industry.
- Determine financial budgets and targets for the business, creating reports to keep the team informed of progress and forecast budgeting for the future.
The Ideal Candidate
- Previous experience in International Sales Development, ideally with a background of beauty, but FMCG essential.
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills, with a passion for sales and ability to develop long standing relationships.
- Team management experience, being able to lead a team with focus and a positive outlook.
- Flexibility to travel internationally frequently.
- Fluency in English essential, fluency in other European languages highly desirable.
