Are you a hands-on Head of Finance who loves creative problem solving?
This is an exciting opportunity to join a well-established company within the beauty industry as Head of Finance.
You need to be commercially minded, a good project manager with strong analytical skills and the ability to listen, pick apart and find the root cause of a problem.
Using your high level of organisation you will prepare annual budgets, quarterly sales forecasts and half year forecasts with specific commentary on risks and opportunities for the business. You will be working closely with the General Manager and Executive team.
With overall responsibility for financial control and reporting, you will prepare timely and reliable management information reports investigating budgets, differences, and executive recaps.
You must possess a self-driven attitude in this busy role and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Have experience of direct line management and concept to shelf product supply chain, including purchasing, manufacturing and dealing with UK and international retailers and direct to consumer e commerce.
Experience of Access Supply Chain / Dimensions is beneficial.
