I am working with a business that is looking for a Head of Development to manage the beauty development projects and to deliver projects on time, on cost and to brief.

You will lead the lab, the team and be the contact for customers and suppliers to ensure the necessary information is supplied.

Duties:

Technical project management of all Beauty products
Development of new products to brief
Communication with customers on new product development and existing ranges
Performing necessary testing and compliance activities within the laboratory
