At the luxury chain’s Knightsbridge store, customers will be able to receive its facial, kegel and podiatry treatments

Luxury department store chain Harvey Nichols has become the latest retailer to open a beauty and wellness space.

Located on the fourth floor at its Knightsbridge store, the area offers an array of services, which are designed to benefit all areas of the body.

This includes a new light technology facial, Face Place treatment, Flawless Feet Podiatry and Kegel Throne treatment.

As well as the new treatments, additional services from existing brands Beyond Medispa, Reviv Wellbeing and 111Cryo are also on offer.

Meanwhile, La Prairie, Sisley, Elemis and Thalgo also have their own private treatment rooms.

“Our customer loves discovering new and exciting brands at Harvey Nichols - something we pride ourselves on being able to deliver time and time again,” said the retailer’s Director of Beauty and Concessions Jo Osborne.

“Since we launched our Beauty Lounge on the Ground Floor in 2016, which is home to Nails Inc, Blink Brow Bar and The Light Salon among others, we have found that our customers love being able to treat themselves during the day.”

She continued: “Last year, we expanded our beauty services to include Sarah Bradden Cosmetic Acupuncture and Boudoir Lashes, so we’re excited to step it up another level and introduce more innovative brands and treatments in our space on the fourth floor.”

In recent years, the beauty and well-being categories have become inextricably linked, causing a number of retailers to launch their own treatment and service spaces.

Earlier this year, luxury wellness and beauty brand Urban Retreat returned to the retail space with a new five storey town house, also in Knightsbridge, offering beauty, hair and wellness services.

Meanwhile, Swedish-inspired lifestyle brand Linnaean is also poised to open its ‘Living Evolved’ experience in London’s Nine Elms later this month, which features a 32-seat restaurant, hair salon, treatment rooms and manicure stations.
