The owner of Moisture Miracle, Shea Miracle and Black Castor Miracle says that for years ‘decision makers nationwide have passed laws making it hard to cast a ballot – especially for people of colour’.

But the brand has also observed ‘discriminatory barriers’ including closing . . .
