Manufactured in Europe
The 2018 expansion of HCP-RUSI’s European facility in Bechhofen, Germany, has significant impact on HCP’s global manufacturing strategy. The increased production capacity will reduce lead times in injection moulding and supply, while the increased level of automation offers a cost-effective manufacturing solution for brands who are looking for regional manufacturing within Europe.
The extended facility provides a valuable platform for global synergy of technologies; significantly the design, development and manufacture of twisted-wire brushes for mascara.
The increased capacity in HCP’s European facility also provides a substantial regional plant for decoration and adds a wide range of stock packs to the HCP portfolio. Combining with the world-class plastic brush capabilities that SIMP brings, the HCP group can now offer a full-pack mascara beauty solution manufactured in Europe.

Punki Lashes
Tame rebellious lashes with the HCP-SIMP ‘Punki’ plastic mascara brush (SAL0099); the ball-tip brush is ideal to coat and separate the fringe lash by lash. Pair with the new HCP stock 13mm Double- Ended Mascara and incorporate a lash primer to add a dramatic boost. This pack is available with a multitude of plastic/fibre brushes, with options for two PBT rod diameters and the choice of an NBR or LDPE wiper. Each PP bottle has an OFC of 7.7ml, joined by an aluminium middle connector.

Luscious lashes are top of the list of beauty must-haves - HCP offer a selection of stock packs and special applicators ideally suited to the growing category of nourishing and protecting products. HCP offer many packs that are suitable for lash treatment products; including promo size mascaras, options for a clear bottle and a choice of standard size packs with a classic cylindrical profile. Several brush options for lash treatments can be recommended, such as super soft 3 mil solid fibre brushes for a gentle application or straight/curved threaded plastic applicators that are effective at loading formula to the roots of the lashes.
Luxurious Lips
HCP’s chic aluminium Magnum stock range is an ideal premium choice; combining the cool touch of metal with sleek contours for the ultimate in metallic luxury cosmetic packaging. Featuring a full size lipstick, slim full size lipstick, trimline and panstick, the range can be anodised with a shiny, satin, matt or brushed surface while decoration can be added with UV sprays and screen printing.
Radical Ultra - A Contemporary Pack for Concealer Shade ID
The highly versatile HCP stock Radical Ultra has a contemporary soft-square profile and the option to clear or opaque mould the base-button and thick-wall PETG bottle to offer shade ID. The pack has an OFC of 10.1ml and is compatible with a variety of flocked applicators to achieve the best make-up result.
