Graphic Designer - London/Hybrid - Up to £45,000 + perks

Lavandi Talent is currently looking for a Fantastic, stand out Graphic Designer to work for an award-winning marketing team within the Beauty and personal care industry

They have a great reputation throughout the sector and their products can be seen in all the major retailers both in the UK and internationally

Role and responsibilities:

• Create all digital aspects for the brand including social campaigns, ads, emails.
• Global campaigns conceptualised to drive engagement and encourage the brand to get talked about.
• Work closely with the marketing team to push boundaries and strengthen concepts.
• Inspire the team by keeping up with trends in beauty and design.
• Actively participate in art direction for the brand.
• Mentor other junior creatives when the team expands.

Required Skills:

• Degree in graphic design or the same 3+ year’s equivalent experience.
• Demonstrable experience for creating motion and video brand assets.
• Experience in in After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator.
• A self-starter able to bring new, creative ideas.
• Disruptive mindset.
• Incredibly organised and can hit deadlines.
