Kemin facilities further company’s commitment to quality control and customer lab services

Kemin Industries inaugurated a new analysis laboratory in Brazil on Monday, October 2.

Committed to providing customers with innovative solutions, the new laboratory provides space and equipment for the development of new products and analytical testing. The R$ 650,000, 120-square meter laboratory has the latest diagnostic equipment, such as a gaseous chromatograph and an oxygen pump.

"The new laboratory was made with a focus on continuous improvement and providing the best service possible. We believe that Kemin will be able to deliver even better results to customers, always maintaining the quality of its actions," said José Favero, Director of Research and Development for Animal Nutrition and Health, South America.

Kemin quality control and Customer Lab Services (CLS) departments will use the new space for the development of new analytical techniques, meeting the needs of the growing company.

Using technical knowledge and problem-solving skills, the CLS team works with customers to discover the source of a problem and develop a solution, establish correct application rates and identify the most effective points of the application. This ensures customers receive maximum performance from Kemin products.

“The new laboratory provides more space for analytical testing and customer service. It will help us be more efficient in our daily work to support our growing customer base,” said Raquel Falcade, Laboratory and Quality Manager for Animal Nutrition and Health, South America.
