Are you looking for a rewarding and challenging new role where you can really personally make a difference? My client, an innovative, founder-driven luxury skincare brand are building their senior leadership team and ensuring the company have the right talent to grow the brand globally.

Working closely with both founder and CEO, your role will be pivotal in developing brand strategies and driving 360 global marketing campaigns across all markets and marketing operations; Brand, Digital, Social, Retail, PR & Creative.

Supporting product launches, you will guide the brand through relaunch and distribution expansion. Drawing on consumer insights to help shape DTC strategy.

Ensuring ROI is always a high priority. As with all semi-start up situations there will be a need for agility, flexing between a strategic and hands-on approach constantly in these early days.

Background

  • A proven record of operating at Head of Marketing/Director level within a luxury beauty brand (ideally skincare)
  • Strong understanding of NPD and a proven track record of growing brands across global markets, new territories
  • An entrepreneurial spirit as well as technologically savvy!
  • Degree level/equivalent education in a marketing related subject.

Less tangible attributes are to be a creative, lateral thinker, results driven, highly customer-centric with the ability to lead and inspire a team. Oh, and did I say with the appetite to flourish in an entrepreneurial business where every day presents new challenges.
