This role encourages an enterprising spirit, as you will be a crucial figure on multiple levels; providing your team with the tools to inspire and motivate a reliable network of independent sales distributors, while also contributing feedback and collaborating with the New York headquarters.

You may have already worked with brands such as Arbonne, Avon, Herbalife and Oriflame, and are ready to use your industry expertise to supercharge the launch of our brand.

You must be bold and dynamic, unafraid to speak up and make your voice heard, as you will frequently be collaborating with the US-based leadership team.

You must have a broad and intimate knowledge of network marketing, structures that drive profit and reward success and the ability to take everyone with you on your successful journey.

Your proven track record of driving sustainable yet impressive growth and profit in the direct selling channel will enable you to take complete ownership of UK operations.

An all-round leader, with an entrepreneurial vision and the drive and energy to make things happen, you will be bringing your expertise in direct selling and outstanding financial, marketing, sales and operational skills to launch and grow something very special.
